Drinking alcohol cannot be either regulated or prohibited today. It has become commonplace for the majority of our lives. Being aware of its apparent risks, however, there is an effort to regulate at least alcohol advertising. The main objective of this work was to provide a comprehensive picture of alcohol advertising, with the focus on its regulation, concerning the legal regulation as well as the self-regulation. First, the thesis deals with advertising as such, its regulation in the course of time and how it has been regulated recently. The thesis further describes the adjustment of alcohol advertising, the legal amendment and its development, as well as the regulation through The Czech Advertising Standards Council and the development of this self- regulation. The next chapter focuses on the examination of alcohol advertising over the age. Kořínek, Jakub ; Švelch, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Jirků, Jan (referee)
This thesis is focused on ethical aspects of interaction between players and virtual computer game worlds, specifically on reception of situations where player faces possibility or necessity to make a moral choice that influences the future development of the game. The goal of this thesis is to find out how seriously players approach these decisions, whether they take their impact on the game world into account, what criteria they apply when deciding and what other influences affect their decisions. Another related theme is identification with the game avatar and its influence on moral decisions. This work is based on qualitative research realized with a group of five players of computer game Mass Effect 2. During the research they answered questions regarding their decisions in particular situations as well as their general approach to decisions in the game. The research is based on recent works on the related topics of game studies. Outcomes of the research are analysed by the grounded theory method. Using its procedures the answers are decomposed into basic concepts which are then put together again in mutual context. As a conclusion of the thesis the grounded theory formulated based on these analytical procedures is presented. Future thematically related research areas are also suggested.

Creation, Utilization and Optimization of Decision Trees
Selement, Pavel ; Bína, Vladislav (advisor) ; Váchová, Lucie (referee)
Decision trees are one of the main methods for solving decision problems. The goal of this thesis is to introduce their properties and basic conditions for use. The main contribution of this work is located in linking decision trees research in the decision theory and in the field of machine learning. The goal is not meant to be a comprehensive list of available methods but rather points out the overlooked connection between those two science disciplines. It is shown, both in theory and by an example, how to use the methods originally from machine learning for decision trees in the decision theory and thus in management practice. At the end there are several variants introduced to explain how to simplify decision trees.

FREIBERKOVÁ, Veronika
The content of this bachelor thesis is the issue of the current legislation in force in relation to land consolidation and the Administrative Code. I tried to completely analyze the entire area of land consolidation. Management of land consolidation is very specific, mainly because the provisions of the Administrative code are applied only minimally. I have analyzed the various stages of the proceedings, and I pay attention to appointing a guardian, the particulars of decisions and remedies that are established in administrative law. The final part is developed on the basis of practical informations obtained from the Land Office Klatovy. Decisions dealing with this problem in practice are added to the work
